Orvis Vlahos’ Marbled Sand Flea | Saltwater Flies

Nick Vlahos Submitted This Fly Into Our 2015 Fly-Tying Contest. We Loved It So Much We Had To Make Sure Everyone Had A Chance To Use It. It’S Not Often That One Sees A Sand Flea Imitation, But We Know Plenty Of Fish Eat Them: Striper, Bonefish, Snook, And Redfish Being Just A Few. The Long Tails And Spindly Legs Give It A Lifelike Motion In The Water, Certain To Attract A Fish Or Two.
