Sustainably Harvested Hardwood Is Carefully Chosen For Color And Grain Highlights And Then Shaped Into A Perfect Cylinder, Reducing Size And Weight, And Bringing The Wood Grain To Life. The Head Cap Is Made Of Three Layers Of Hardwoods And Inlaid With Our Signature Fly. It Is All Held In Place With Handmade Leather Straps, Specially Made By A Professional Montana Chaps Maker. The Bottom Of The Head Cap Has A Ring Gasket Applied, Allowing For Just The Right Cushion And Tight Seal. Choose From Black Walnut Or Tiger Maple Tube. Each Is Detailed With A Cherry End Cap, Cherry And Walnut Head Cap. The Fly Is Set Into A Background Of Bird’S-Eye Maple And Is Made From American Sycamore, Abalone Shell, Brass, Red And Black Epoxy Resin, And Blue Lapis Stone. Available In Maple Or Walnut.

Finished With A Water-Resistant Varnish, The Tube Requires Minimal To No Care. The Leather Straps Can Be Oiled With A Leather Conditioner, If Needed. Usa.
